Fall Mini Sessions are short and focused photoshoot sessions. They offer a convenient way to update your family photos, couple portraits, or individual shots with a professional photographer.

The Fall Mini Sessions are scheduled for October 25th. Times for the available sessions will be disclosed on October 1st, 2025.

Each session will last 20 minutes. It is super important to arrive on time for photos!

The cost for the session is $150.

You will receive a curated selection of professionally edited high-resolution images. The exact number of images may vary, but you can expect a minimum of 20 images.

This year's Fall Minis will be located at Sha-Na-Kee Farms in Hesston, KS.

I will select a suitable location that aligns with the fall theme and offers a picturesque setting. I am unable to travel to multiple locations due to the duration of each session. If you have any preferences or concerns, you can discuss them with me during the booking process.

A public Calendly link can be found on this page by October 1st, 2025. The link will provide you with available time slots and guide you through the booking process.

The choice of attire is ultimately up to you and should reflect your personal style.

Bringing props that enhance the fall theme, such as blankets, pumpkins, etc - can be a creative way to add depth to your photos. Make sure to discuss your ideas with me beforehand, so I can make sure it will work with the location.

In the event of inclement weather, I will disclose a reschedule date to those that have booked with me.

I will deliver the edited images within 2 weeks after the session via email.

All photos are available for free downloading once you receive the images in your private gallery. Prints and products are available through your gallery. It is important to note these prints and products are not included in your booking fee and will be an additional charge.

I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellations. However, please be advised that refunds will not be granted for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event.

Refund Eligibility:

Cancellations Made 48 Hours or More in Advance: If you decide to cancel your participation in the event 48 hours or more before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable processing fees.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours of the Event: Unfortunately, refunds will not be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event start time. This includes requests for refunds due to personal reasons, schedule changes, or any other circumstances.

Exceptions:

There may be exceptional cases, such as extreme emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, where the cancellation policy could be reconsidered. In such cases, please reach out to me as soon as possible.
